How it Works

A new menu is posted every week here: http://shop.mindfulmealspc.com/.  Mindful Meals is prepared fresh, just before delivery, ready to heat and/or eat for your convenience.  You can sign up for our newsletter from the Home Page to receive it in your email box every week.

  The Details:

  - To order first sign up for our newsletter to receive the very latest version of our weekly menu. Then, shop for your meals from our online store from the link provided in the newsletter or go to the online store now to register. You may pay by check, credit card or debit card online with Paypal or arrange to pay cash on delivery.

  - The order deadline is 11 a.m. on Monday. Orders can not be placed after 11 a.m. Monday.

  - *Delivery schedule/ Delivery by zip code 

Please check here for your zip code and corresponding delivery day and fee.  Deliveries can be made to home, office or other meeting place within any of our delivery zip codes.  All deliveries are generally made no later than 2:30 p.m. with a pick-up option in Saint Petersburg from 4-7 p.m. on delivery days.

Wednesday delivery, $3 fee: 33701, 33704,33713, 33714, 33703, 33702, 33716, 33762(this zip code North of Ulmerton Rd. and East of Clearwater airport only)

Wednesday delivery, $5 fee: 33616,33611, 33629, 33609, 33606

* If you cannot be present to receive your order please arrange for someone to receive it for you or provide a medium sized cooler packed with ice or ice packs.  One can be provided for you on request. 

  - For payment we take cash on delivery or electronic check, credit card or debit card through Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account to use this option.
